ATHE National Conference 2026 The Association of Teachers of Home Economics is delighted to announce that the ATHE National Conference 2026 will take place on Saturday, 17 October 2026, in the Bridge House Hotel, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. The conference will bring together Home Economics teachers from across Ireland for a day of professional learning, practical ideas, collaboration and networking. Conference Details Date: Saturday, 17 October 2026 Conference Programme: 8:45am – 3:30pm Registration: From 8:00am Venue: Bridge House Hotel, Tullamore, Co. Offaly Registration, networking and exhibition stands will be open from 8:00am, giving delegates an opportunity to meet fellow Home Economics teachers and visit exhibitors before the conference opens at 8:45am. Tickets Are Now Available Tickets for the ATHE National Conference 2026 are now on sale. ATHE Member Ticket: €40 Retired Member Ticket: €20 Undergraduate Student Member Ticket: €20 Non-Member Ticket: €75 Members can purchase their conference ticket by logging into their account on the ATHE website and selecting Payments. Not yet an ATHE member? Annual membership costs €30, and a standard member conference ticket costs €40, bringing the total to €70. This is €5 cheaper than a non-member ticket and includes all the benefits of ATHE membership, including updates, teaching resources and access to the Members Area. Places are limited, so early booking is encouraged. Delegates will have the opportunity to win a fully refurbished Thermomix TM6. The raffle will take place at the end of the conference day, with the winner announced before the conference closes. ATHE Business Meeting The ATHE Business Meeting will take place from 11:00am to 11:30am. This provides an opportunity for members to hear updates on the work of the Association and developments planned for the year ahead.
